Project: Ford Explorer Production - Interior

The design process of the Explorer interior, led by me, was a significant learning experience. Despite numerous challenges, the goal was to create an interior that is visually appealing, safe, and ergonomically sound. The result is a timeless blend of minimalist appeal and modern execution, with distinctive features such as simple architecture, functional space, and clean graphics.
The Explorer will be available with various insignias to designate ownership or affiliation, paying homage to its pedigree. With a large production run, Ford Explorer fans can expect a design that is "on point."

The Explorer Design experience was from day one in constant flux. Determined to retain what was not in need of redesign yet address design and styling concerns to achieve a more holistic version of it’s current state was surprisingly arduous. The final interior became quit the undertaking in achieving a stronger yet simple interior design environment.
