The interior design concept evolved into an intuitive, user-centric environment, inspired by the organization of a premium toolbox. In-depth research, including visits to hardware stores and construction sites, informed this practical design language.

Studying everyday tools provided inspiration for functional and ergonomic design elements. References like precision toolboxes and tool belts shaped surface transitions, ensuring each touchpoint serves a purpose with ergonomic precision.

This "common-space design" philosophy emphasizes functionality and creates a welcoming atmosphere, reducing user stress and promoting efficiency and comfort.

Collaborating with a talented team, I led the design of the Ford F-150's interior, inspired by the world of tools—a concept resonating with full-size truck owners. The design features a utilitarian yet refined work-centric character that aligns with the vehicle's purpose.

Key innovations include the industry-first optional flow-through center console and an "instrument" themed cluster gauge, creating a cohesive environment tailored to customer needs.

By blending linear forms with ergonomic surfaces and thoughtfully designed storage solutions, I aimed for a clean, cohesive aesthetic that retains order and functionality. This integration of elements evokes a sense of purpose, enhancing the overall user experience.
