The baby monitor project was inspired by shapes depicting a mother and baby, represented by two spheres coming together. BT, the biggest communications company in the UK, hired Ingeni to create ideas for this project.
The baby monitor project featured a soft intersection of shapes inspired by the relationship between a parent and their baby.
Two separate units were created for the baby monitor. The base unit, which stays in the baby's room, includes a night light. The remote unit can be carried within an appropriate distance and features an added handle for practicality, allowing it to be hung when needed.
Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.
The functional parts of the monitor, which comprise the inner parts of both units, feature a soft texture material that mimics the soft touch of a baby's skin. In contrast, the outer shell is designed to reflect the protective nature of an eggshell. The circular opening aids in the attachment of both units, each of which includes separate ambient lighting.
The gentle combination of muted colors is intended to create a calming and soothing environment for both the parent and the baby, enhancing the overall experience of using the monitor.
